Error codes
Business errors return HTTP 200 with code 0 and a human-readable msg. Log msg verbatim — the wording is what support will ask for.

Common failures
Most integration failures are one of these six.
| msg | Cause | Fix |

| 缺少必要参数 | A required field is empty | Check the parameter table; empty strings count as missing |
| 商户不存在 | user_id is wrong | Use the numeric ID, not the login name |
| 商户已被禁用 | Account suspended by an operator | Contact us on Telegram |
| 签名验证失败 | Wrong concatenation order or wrong key | Re-read the signature formula for that exact endpoint |
| 暂无可用通道 | No channel matches the amount or category | Retry later, or ask about channel coverage |
| 余额不足 | Payout exceeds available balance | Check getBalance; frozen balance is not spendable |
What is not an error
A pending order (status 1) is not a failure. It becomes 2 or 3 only when the customer acts or the order expires.
A payout in review (status 0) is not stuck. Review is a normal stage before processing.
