Three read-only endpoints make reconciliation independent of callbacks: account balance, collection order state and payout order state.

Balance
Three balances matter: available, frozen for payouts in flight, and frozen for disputes.

callback_status tells you whether the notification itself was delivered — useful when your endpoint was down.

| status | 1 pending, 2 paid, 3 failed |
| actual_amount | Amount actually paid |

| callback_status | 0 not delivered, 1 delivered, 2 failed |
Payout status
error_msg carries the failure or reversal reason; status 3 and 4 also mean the balance was refunded.
